Sabverott * (Szabverott) Soulguard Guitar Pick (experimental pilot project) is a purely experimental hobby-level process that started in 2014 and has been running since then with smaller breaks. The name Sabverott is an anagram (letter game).

History

Under the Sabverott brand, picks of various shapes made of wood, nylon, synthetic plastic, PLA and photopolymer resin have been made and produced so far. Today, we also find exclusive users in guitar players in the Netherlands, Greece, France and Hungary. Since its relaunch and redesign in 2020, 3oo guitarplectrums have been added to its new owner in just 4 months.

The three-member trio (Nimrod, Andrew and Pepa) operates in Brasov, Romania, from where it distributes the ordered products by post. Support Local Music Project, it is also a supporter of this initiative, which stimulates the work of local smaller manufactories, guilds, craft companies, in some cases we only meet the brand as a distributor-intermediary (broker delivery), but there is a common concept that comes to light and together they make Sabverott products.

In addition, Sabverott's team has donated products on several occasions, supporting guitar camps, guitar schools and whenever possible. healing, helping talent, or programs organized by cultural associations.

Sabverott Guitar Pick Models

The Sabverott project has so far registered 16 own models and 6 signature models. Non-commercial, limited-edition picks quickly found a host. The finely crafted picks made from Dutch raw materials with 3D printing technology are very popular not only in Romania, but also with a large number of customers from Hungary, France, Germany, the USA, the Netherlands and Greece. In addition to guitarists and curious beginners, he is also looking for several foreign guitar plucker collectors who usually sign up for new Sabverott Picks - first prototypes. The three-member group, launched in December, is also active on newer and different models. In addition to the large number and density of orders, the Sabverott trio is also reluctant to attend charitable events, offering its support to reward its small products.

A graphic artist from the four-generation family of artists (who, by the way, is the head of the Department of Fine Arts Design and Architecture at the Hans Mattis Teutsch School of Fine Arts in Brașov an member of Romanian Artist Union UAP) who started drawing and digitizing his designs as an experiment, he didn't think his concepts would generate such success.

Sabverott pick Specs

The backbone of the positive reviews so far, the popularity of Sabverott picks that jumped in a short time, its success is due to the listed specifics: noise-free warm-toned sound, simple handy, sensibly designed shapes, unique packaging, enviable design concept, affordable price, various models durability and quality all contributed.

Like Wegen, Dugain, RedBear and V-picks, Wedgie, Dava, Pickboy, Goldengate, -Sabverott does not reveal much information about its own kitchen, but so much so that most of the guitar rippers sold under the Sabverott brand are Dutch imported photopolymer resin used by dental models, aligner models , is designed for accurate modeling of the gums, teeth, crown and bridge models, but some versions are also made of Easyfil PLA (artificial fiber-friendly material) and polystyrene imported from Germany and Hungary (PS), Lexan polycarbonate, and Corian. So far, there are four color combinations on the palette, the turquoise, the transparent white, the dark purple, and the PS versions are double-sided white / black. Most of the pliers are more common among jazz-blues guitarists, as Sabverott models are rarely found below 2 +mm thickness.

The lengthy experimentation and the accumulated set of information soon bore fruit, as in just four months more pieces are being tested, it is more in demand than expected and what is surprising is that only positive, constructive, encouraging feedback has been given so far.

The 16 models developed and tested experimentally so far essentially summarize the specifics of the Chicken Picks Light 2.2, Dunlop 477 Primetone 308 and V-Picks Farley, Dugain, Wegen. There are differences in shape and size, they are usually the same thickness (1.75-2.98 mm), and in almost all models the V sign on the front and decorative, discrete elements on the back are replaced by anti-slip (grip) and in some cases this is replaced by engraved initials on the Custom and Signature models.
